What is WVFIC Toll Processing Facility? The facility is an FDA-LTO Licensed food processing facility that caters contract processing of available food technologies and products to MSMEs in the region. Toll processing or manufacturing is a third-party outsourcing operation that efficiently and cost-effectively produce food products for its client (local MSMEs) where production facility is a scarcity for them. It helps the MSMEs upscale their production volume and quality through the use of the state-of-the art facility and machineries being provided by the center. The facility will be rented by the client (local MSMEs) through a contract while the manpower/production workers will be provided by the client. The toll manufacturing center is a GMP and FDA-LTO compliant facility with receiving, preparation, production/processing and packaging areas or room. It is equipped with machineries like industrial steamer, vacuum fryer, ang semi-automatic packaging machine for vacuum frying needs.
